Prime Minister receives Chinese security minister

Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung received in Hanoi on October 19 Chinese Minister of State Security Geng Huichang, who is on a working visit to Vietnam.

Minister Geng informed his host on outcomes of his talks with Minister of Public Security Tran Dai Quang, including further cooperation in cyber security, manpower training and expert exchanges.

He stated that his agency always works closely with the Vietnam Public Security in implementing cooperation activities. 
The Prime Minister spoke of the results of the talks between the two ministers, saying the two ministries have contributed to overall progress of collaboration and friendship between Vietnam and China. 
He affirmed the Vietnamese Government’s support to the two ministries’ cooperation, suggesting both sides boost mutual trust and engagement in delegation and information exchanges, as well as in preventing cybercrime and terrorism.
