The Prime Minister has approved a project to develop the resources of cadres who are of ethnic minority origin in state management and public services in the new age.
The project aims to complete a legal framework and policies on recruiting, training and managing ethnic-minority cadres in a bid to build a sound and capable contingent, thus contributing to enhancing the effectiveness of state management.
It is also expected to increase the rate of ethnic-minority personnel in state-run agencies and governmental bodies at all levels, particularly in mountainous areas.
Other objectives include developing a database on the quantity and quality of ethnic-minority cadres who are serving at state-run establishments across the nation.
