Russian Culture Centre Director in Hanoi presented a insignia

Chairman of the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organisations Vu Xuan Hong awarded the insignia, named “For peace and friendship among nations” to Director of the Russian Centre of Science and Culture in Hanoi, Zubtsova Elena Robertovna, on May 17 on the occasion of ending her working term in Vietnam.

The insignia was presented to Zubtsova Elena Robertovna to recognise her efforts in fostering mutual understanding and cooperation between Vietnam and Russia.

Speaking at the awarding ceremony, Chairman Vu Xuan Hong said Zubtsova Elena Robertovna has worked in Vietnam for two years and has made significant contributions to the amity and affiliation between the two peoples, especially in science, arts, culture and education.
Chairman Hong noted that she has also assisted activities held by the Vietnam – Russia Friendship Association such as celebrations of the 35th anniversary of the Vietnam – Soviet Union joint flight to outer space in 2015, an exhibition of children’s paintings of the countries, and activities of the Year of Russian Literature in Vietnam 2015. 
Addressing the event, Zubtsova Elena Robertovna said she considers the insignia a considerable encouragement for her to continue helping boost the friendship and partnership between Vietnam and Russia.
