PM Nguyen Tan Dung on Monday urged inferior levels to continue creating favorable conditions for and removing all barriers against businesses through specific measures, considering it as one of the central tasks in 2015.
PM Dung took the occasion to welcome the efforts by the Ministry of Finance which issued a new circular and amended seven others in order to cut the time for corporate tax payment by 200 hours in 2014.

Leaders of all ministries, agencies and localities must review administrative procedures and directly handle obstacles or put forward measures to higher levels, said the PM, adding that they must serve citizens with concrete activities.
The PM also called for effective use of State budget and better management of public investment after pointing out that budget wastefulness is still so great while investment efficiency remains low.
The budget spending structure, as he noted, is worth concerning because the proportion for development investment has kept falling. Thus PM Dung said the Government will further tighten financial disciplines next year.
PM Dung also asked for monitoring and evaluating public debt safety on six-month and yearly basis in a bid to ensure that public debt remained below the safety limit and improve the efficiency of loans.
