President Tran Dai Quang extended congratulations to the new King of Thailand Maha Vajiralongkorn Bodindradebayavarangkun on December 2.
In the message sent to new King of Thailand on December 2, the President shared the joy with the royal family and people of Thailand.
The Vietnamese leader expressed his belief that under the reign of the new King, the Thai people will continue to obtain greater achievements in building Thailand into a beautiful and prosperous nation.
Vietnam always wants to continue its close cooperation with Thailand so as to continuously strengthen the bilateral strategic partnership for the two peoples’ interests while contributing to cooperation and development in the ASEAN Community, and to peace, stability and development in the region and around the world, President Quang wrote in the message.
