Hanoi's iconic lake is so peaceful!

The Hoan Kiem Lake pedestrian precinct allows locals and tourists to fully enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

Not too crowded, Hoan Kiem Lake walking street area in downtown Hanoi during the ongoing National Reunification Day [April 30] and Labor Day [May 1] has a strangely quiet and peaceful beauty.

People leisurely stroll around the pedestrian area, the gentle rays of sunlight filtering through the trees creates a unique beauty for the street.

Not too many people are around. Foreign tourists are strolling around the lake, enjoying the summer atmosphere in Hanoi.

A girl takes a relaxing bike ride around the lake.

A foreigner is jogging around the lake.

The weather in Hanoi on the last day of the holiday is less hot, allowing locals and tourists to fully enjoy the peaceful atmosphere around the pedestrian street.

Two foreign tourists wait quietly for their portrait to be painted on the shore of the lake.

An environmental worker is on duty, working diligently on the holiday to keep the street clean and beautiful.

When the Dracontomelon duperreanum trees change their foliage, shading the street and creating a beautiful carpet of yellow leaves and flowers, the street becomes serene and lyrical, as in a romantic film.
