Trampling and ignoring international law, China has brazenly announced the establishment of two administrative districts in Vietnam's Paracel and Spratly islands in the East Sea, and formally named 80 geographical features there.

Hanoi and Manila have been tightening maritime cooperation in the face of shared challenges which are largely caused by Chinese aggression in the South China Sea.

The two countries will stand against the behavior which is full of coercion, aggression, and intimidation.
