Hanoi has activated all virtual channels available to keep ASEAN discussions ongoing.

This pandemic doesn't totally change the diplomacy but gives it a new face and mean and makes clear how it from now on becomes.

The year 2019 marks the visits of top leaders from countries which Vietnam has good relations with.

Vietnam has affirmed its role in international agenda thanks to its consistent foreign policy which highlights independence and being friend with all countries.
