The partnership establishes the foundation for cooperation activities between PVN and ADB such as strategy and roadmap for the green energy transition.

Vietnam is urged to have an offshore wind roadmap to convince investors that this kind of energy has a central role to play in the years to come.

Vietnam is looking for cooperation with French companies in fields of renewable and green energies, hi-tech, agriculture, manufacturing and processing.

This will support the Vietnamese government’s climate mitigation actions by strengthening the resilient management of landscapes and natural resources.
