Hanoi Public Investment 2023

This year, Hanoi aims to disburse 95-100% of public funds worth VND47 trillion ($1.93 billion), which is seen as a key measure to boost the city's socio-economic development.

As of March 2023, the city has disbursed about VND3.9 trillion ($165.4 million), accounting for 8% of the planned disbursement for the year.

The Prime Minister has requested that at least 95% of 2003's public investment capital be disbursed.
