Over 386,000 tourists have visited Thang Long Imperial Citadel and Co Loa Citadel Relic since the beginning of the year.

Hanoi had its first partnership agreement realized with the Ile-de-France Region in 1989. This was also the first local-to-local cooperation between Vietnam and France.
