Ring Road No.2

The huge US$825 million budget for the project has raised public concerns about its feasibility and suspicions over the cost estimate.

The CCTV surveillance at the Thai Ha-Chua Boc flyover and Ring Road No. 2 has positively affected the traffic congestion in these areas.

Once completed, the project would help address rising traffic between the city’s center with the North and Northeast and congestions in the downtown area.

The ring road is expected to reduce traffic congestion in the capital city.
