The two countries target to increase the trade value to US$500 by 2025.
The country is projected to grow 6.8% in 2021 on condition that the pandemic be contained.
In addition to higher trade turnover, the implementation of the two new-generation and high-standard deals is pushing Vietnam to revise its legal framework to ensure compatibility.
Vietnam's spokeswoman said all protective measures are based on the virus situation and with no discrimination against anyone.
