A 79-year-old French-Vietnamese woman filed a historic lawsuit against multinationals that produced and sold a toxic herbicide dubbed as “Agent Orange” used by US troops during the war in Vietnam.

Bill Clinton described normalization of relations as “one of the most important achievements of my presidency."

The latest effort will enable Vietnam to find and identify more than 200,000 Vietnamese combatants missing in action.
