On May 22 evening (Hanoi time), the US President Barack Obama’s aircraft landed at Noi Bai International Airport with intensified security measures.
Vietnamese officials attended the ceremory to welcome the President Obama: Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Ha Kim Ngoc, Ambassador to the US Pham Quang Vinh, Director of External Relations Ha Le , Minister of Foreign Affairs Mai Phuoc Dung and so on.
