Work starts on project to connect Ring Road 3 with Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway

Key interchange connects Hanoi and the northern beach city of Haiphong
The interchange of Hanoi's Ring Road No.3 and Hanoi-Haiphong expressway is a junction connecting Hanoi with the northern beach city of Haiphong. The VND402-billion (US$17 million) project, built in 2019, is expected to be operational by 2021.
