TripAdvisor: Hanoi ranked first among world's top 10 most affordable tourist destinations

The capital city of Hanoi has been ranked first in the world’s top 10 most affordable destinations by TripAdvisor, the world`s famous travel website.

The TripAdvisor looked at the average cost of a three-night trip in 60 key tourist cities around the world. The costs include hotel, attractions, a round-trip taxi ride, lunch and dinner. 
In this year’s TripAdvisor report, Vietnam emerged as the world’s most affordable region for travelling with Hanoi, Thailand’s Bangkok, Malaysia’s Kuala Lumpur and the Philippines’ Manila being on the top ten list.

A three-night stay in Hanoi costs 366 USD per person, in which dinner averages 45 USD per couple and a one-night stay at a four-star hotel is 87 USD. 
Other cheap tourist cities in the list include Warsaw of Poland, Sharm el Sheikh of Egypt, India’s Mumbai, Portugal’s Libson, Morocco’s Marrakech and Germany’s Berlin.
