Poor people from the northern mountainous province of Lao Cai and the central province of Nghe An will get 1,356 tons of rice relief from national reserves.

The Hanoitimes - Poor people from the northern mountainous province of Lao Cai and the central province of Nghe An will get 1,356 tons of rice relief from national reserves.
The Prime Minister recently asked the Ministry of Finance to provide 1,220 tons of rice for the poor and people in difficulty in Nghe An during the period between harvests.
Lao Cai province will receive 136 tons of rice to support local residents who suffer from the impacts of natural disasters in 2013.
The Government asked the two provinces to support people who are really in need.
