Deputy Secretary of Hanoi Party Committee said that the foundation of the friendship and special relationship between Vietnam and Cambodia is continuing to be built, nurtured, through generations of young children. Getting reliable information about the economic situation - the society of the Capital, Hanoi, Deputy Secretary Dao Duc Toan said the economic growth of the whole city gained an average of 7-8%, the total investment reached 10% , revenues reached 50%. In particular, in the urban situation, there is a boom. Besides, Deputy Party Secretary also expressed his delight about the development of relations of friendship and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Cambodia in recent years.

Speaking at the meeting, Advisor Hang Thol thanked Deputy Party Secretary Dao Duc Toan for spending time for the delegation and again reiterated the help of Vietnam to press the Cambodian people escaping from genocide Pol Pot as well as in the work of reconstruction of Cambodia. Hang Thol appreciated the achievements that the people of Vietnam has made in the development of the country. He also hoped that relations between Vietnam and Cambodia in general and the Capitals of Hanoi and Phnom Penh in particular will increasingly be strengthened, developed and the relationship between the two countries in general will sustainable forever."
