Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue received Secretary of the municipal Party Committee of Shanghai Han Zheng in Hanoi on May 13 during his working visit to Vietnam.
At the reception, Deputy Prime Minister (PM) Vuong Dinh Hue appreciated the outcome of the talks between Secretary of HCM City Party Committee Dinh La Thang and the Chinese guest.

The Chinese metropolis has achieved remarkable outcomes in socio-economic development and urban planning, Hue noted.
During the meeting, Deputy PM Vuong Dinh Hue suggested that Vietnamese localities and China's Shanghai should boost the exchange of delegations and experiences in economic management and development as well as in planning.
The Deputy PM also called on Shanghai's businesses to invest more their projects and seek cooperation opportunities in Vietnam, especially in fields of two sides’ strengths.
For his part, Secretary Han Zheng said that his city and HCM City have agreed important contents in their collaboration in the fields of economics, science, education and urban planning.
The Secretary of Shanghai Party Committee affirmed that Chinese Government, Party and localities always share the common understanding of developing cooperation with Vietnam.
He also stressed that the two sides will strengthen experience sharing and cooperation in fields of strengths.
