Brightside has announced its list of the most breathtaking places on Earth that will make you want to tour the world right away.
Brightside, a Cyprus-based travel site, has just named Golden Bridge in Da Nang the number one destination among the most breathtaking place on Earth that will make you want to tour the world right away.
“It resembles something that looks like it came out of a surrealist painting — it’s made of 2 giant hands holding it together from one side to the other! It took approximately a year to construct and it is a place that should be on everyone’s bucket list,” Brightside wrote.
Meanwhile, the floating fishing village in Ha Long Bay was in the 17th place on the list.
The locals are mainly fishermen and there are no houses on the land in the surrounding area — just floating houses in the sea. Among those floating houses there are schools and activity centers where people in the community can visit by taking a boat from one side of the village to the other.
On the list, Golden Bridge is followed by Zhangjiajie National Forest Park (China), Beachy Head (UK), Hamilton Pool Preserve (Texas, US), Hinatuan Enchanted River (Philippines), Northern Lake Baikal (Russia), etc.
Earlier, Golden Bridge in Da Nang has been ranked the second among the top greatest places all over the world, according to a list released by TIME, a US weekly news magazine.
“Walk through the hands of Gods over this spectacular new bridge in Vietnam. The splendid architecture deserves a spot on this list of greatest places,” TIME wrote.
Da Nang tourism saw impressive growth during the first half of 2018, receiving about four million visitors, up 29.4% year-on-year, of which 1.6 million were foreigners, up 47.1%, according to the department.
In 2017, Quang Ninh welcomed a total of 9.87 million tourists, including 4.28 million foreigners, according to Quang Ninh provincial Department of Tourism.
