Hanoi Times - e-Chip Mobile magazine Wednesday launched the Vietnam Mobile Awards 2007 (VMA 2007), the awards for the best mobile network and mobile phone brands in Vietnam.
This is the third time the selection has been organised in Vietnam. The event is a chance for Vietnamese mobile phone users to express their opinions about the quality of mobile-related service providers and related issues.
This is also an opportunity for service providers to know users’ opinions and comments about their services in the past year.
The organiser will present the following awards: favourite mobile network 2007, mobile network with the best customer care system, mobile network with the most popular brand, mobile network with the best non-voice services, most reliable network, most popular wireless fixed network.
The awards for mobile phone producers include: favourite mobile phone firm 2007, mobile phone with favourite entertainment function, fashionable mobile phone of the year, best mobile phone for work.
The organiser will also present awards for the best hand phone retail system, the best warranty system, and the best content service provider.
The online selection (www.mobilenet.vn) is from November 14 to December 25, 2007 and till December 18 for postal selection. The awards ceremony will take place on January 9, 2008 at the Hanoi Opera House.
