Vietnamese labourers sent abroad rise 22% from last year's target
According to the recent report of the Department of Overseas Labour under the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, in 2015, about 115,980 were sent abroad to work, surpassing the year’s target by 22%.

The Department of Overseas Labour under the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs revealed at the recent meeting in Hanoi, nearly 116,000 Vietnamese labourers were employed overseas in 2015.
The year of 2015 is the second consecutive year that Vietnamese labourers sent abroad to work operpassed 100,000 people.
The number of Vietnamese workers who were employed overseas increase by 22% against the year's target. The women accounted for 33.3%.
Taiwan (China) ranked the top market for Vietnamese workers with 67,121 labourers, accounting for 57.87%. The runner-up was Japan with 27,010 workers, accounting for 23.23% and the Republic of Korea with 6,019 workers, or 9 percent.
The year of 2015 is the second consecutive year that Vietnamese labourers sent abroad to work operpassed 100,000 people.
