The Hanoi Times - The Vietnamese Talents’ Forum was organized on September 12 in Hanoi, opening a dialogue for different generations of talented people to share experience of how to become citizens of good heart, sharp vision and high intelligence.

The Forum is one of important events of the First Vietnamese Young Talents Congress slated for September 11–13, 2009 with the attendance of 450 delegates from all corners of the country.

Three topics – discovering, nurturing and using talents – are thoroughly discussed at the forum.

Many representatives of older generations, including former Deputy PM Vũ Khoan, frankly shared their experience and views of how to become talented and responsible youths.

Under the motto "Vietnamese young talents – Global connection, national construction," the 1st National Congress of Vietnamese Young Talents, organized by the Central Committee of the Hồ Chí Minh Communist Youth Union, is the gathering of Vietnamese talented youths from all industries and sectors.

The Congress will establish the Global Sponsor Council for Vietnamese Young Talents and build up a national database of young talents, laying the foundation for activities to foster and use the contingent of young talents.
