VinaPhone debuts multi-language operator service

The Hanoitimes -   VinaPhone will launch an international operator service in English, Chinese, Japanese and Korean.

VinaPhone's 9192 operator service is the first in Viet Nam to offer this service to foreign clients and roaming mobiphone users in the four most common languages in the country today.

If foreign VinaPhone users have any questions or service requests they may dial 9192 to reach an operator. Callers will be directed to an operator who speaks English, Chinese, Korean or Japanese by pressing 1, 2, 3 or 4.
