I asked Mrs. Vaandad Tsetsgee that by naming the room after Ho Chi Minh, what is the message the school want to send to students? She said despite having not met Uncle Ho in person, but through books and media, she understands Uncle Ho is a great person. His sacrifice for the country, and his love for people are what every one must follow. As such, every year, the school always organize event for students to learn about the life and career of President Ho Chi Minh, about the country and Vietnamese, while taking the birth of Uncle Ho on May 19 to be the graduation day for students. This has not only shown the friendship between Mongolia and Vietnam, but also a desire for generations of students to learn from Uncle Ho to become a good person and contribute to the country development. “I and my colleagues, especially students are very proud and honored to be able to work and study at a school named after President Ho Chi MInh” – Mrs. Vaandad Tsetsgee said.

Many high rank officers of Mongolia had graduated from the school, which is considered to be similar to the Chu Van An high school of Vietnam. In 1960, the school has been in cooperation with Chu Van An high school. At present, the school has nearly 200 teachers and staffs, and more than 3,000 students.
