Warning football fans’ health of consistently staying up late

World Cup 2014’s ball has been attractive, just rolling on half way. However, many fans of this King spoort are tired of staying up late watching football matches. Their work as well as daily routines are scrambled and affected.

 
Health experts have warned that staying up late to watch football from 11.pm till 5. am in one month will have negative impacts on health, especially the cardiovascular system and blood pressure. Besides, staying up late results in irritation and less concentration on the next morning. It may even cause accidents due to sleepiness status while driving vehicles or working with machines. Those smoke cigarettes and drink beers watch TV can get more distubance of the nervous and cardiovascular diseases. In addition, staying up late cause impaired immune system, making TV viewers easily have a cold. Shouting in combination with drinking beer and wine leads to a sore throat the next day.  
Therefore, football fans should be aware of these negative effects to adjust football watching shedule, reasonable diet of eating and daily routines.
