The jump indicates the expansion of the scope of influence of the university's online resources and website not only in Vietnam and the world's academic community but in society.

To the VNU-Hanoi, the jump from the 758th position in the January rankings to the 661st indicates the broadening scope of influence of its online resources and website not only in the academic community of Vietnam and the world but also the society.
The university also remains the No.1 among the top 10 Vietnamese establishments named in the list. Others include Ton Duc Thang University, Duy Tan University, Nguyen Tat Thanh University, Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang University and Can Tho University.
