Vietnam proceeds with Covid-19 vaccination amid halt over fatal risk in some countries
Minister of Health and three deputy ministers get shot on the same day.
Vietnam’s Minister of Health Nguyen Thanh Long on May 6 gets the first shot of AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccine at Bach Mai Hospital in Hanoi. Other doses have been administered to three health ministers Do Xuan Tuyen, Truong Quoc Cuong, and Tran Van Thuan on the same day.
