The southern event was themed “Robo-Pharaohs build pyramids,” and saw participation from 86 teams.
Sixty-nine of the teams were from universities and colleges in the southern region, while the remaining 17 were lone individuals.
The goal of the annual Robocon contest is to build the sturdiest, most agile robots to compete in tasks against other teams’ creations.
