Binh revealed that the MoFA has sent diplomatic notes to the Filipino Embassy and Thai Embassy in Vietnam, asking them to support evacuating Vietnamese workers out of fighting areas in Libya.
Currently, Vietnamese representative offices in Turkey, Egypt and Algeria are working hand in hand with the three countries’ relevant authorities to help workers transit via these countries before flying home, he said, adding that more flights will be conducted to bring them home soon.
