800 designs to be showcased at Vietnam Fall-Winter Fashion Week
Vietnam Fall-Winter Fashion Week 2014 will take place in Hanoi from May 11 to 14, with the participation of 17 designers who will introduce 800 designs.
Outstanding faces at the event will include the top three designers of the Vietnam Design Star contest – Tang Thanh Cong, Ha Duy and Quang Nhat – and familiar designers such as Cong Khanh, Minh Hanh, Ngoc Han, Quang Huy, Chu La and Chaming Lys. The program will also feature such new designers as An Nhien, Minh Hoa and Xuan Hao.
This program will introduce ready-to-wear clothes and also high-end products. The haute couture line has taken shape in Vietnam recently to satisfy the demands of the local fashion market. Most designers say that haute couture products will contribute to improving their brand positions.
