The Hanoi People’s Committee will debut the book titled “Hanoi – 20 years of the city for peace” at the opening ceremony.

Under the framework of the festival, the Hanoi People’s Committee will debut the book titled “Hanoi – 20 years of the city for peace” at the opening ceremony.
The books will be displayed at eye catching positions while some 200 standard pavilions for publishing houses to make publicity and showcasing educational playthings will be placed at an open-air space across the main entrance.
The event also features some workshops gathering well-known authors, art programs, storytelling program, English workshop and a panel on astronomy, among others.
Besides, on October 6 at the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long, there will be a program titled Memories of Autumn featuring a series of activities including a procession of photos of historical witnesses and their families, artistic performances and a historical flag hoisting ceremony.
