As part of the third Festival Vietnam 2025, hosted by Lorient City Hall in partnership with Vietnamese associations, the event drew a large turnout from the French public and the Vietnamese diaspora.
Building on the success of the first two festivals in 2019 and 2023, this year's event strengthened the cultural connection between Vietnam and the Brittany region.
The festival aimed to connect global audiences with Vietnamese culture through performances, exhibitions, seminars, workshops, and AR-enhanced culinary experiences.

The seminar on ao dai and Vietnamese culture draws a large crowd from the French public.
The seminar “Ao Dai Tells a Story: Heritage and Cultural Identity” offered insights into the history, values, and evolution of Vietnamese attire through the ages. Outfits were presented by local and international designers.
Praising the youthful and creative spirit of the Vietnamese community, Mayor of Lorient Fabrice Loher emphasized the festival’s role in strengthening France-Vietnam cultural ties.
