National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung has stressed that each individual, family and residential area play a decisive role in making up the strength at grassroots level, contributing to reinforcing great national unity.
The NA Chairman made the statement during his meeting with people from the three residential areas of Tran Hung Dao ward in Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi on November 17 on the occasion of the 84th founding anniversary of the Vietnam National United Front (VNUF) (November 18, 1930-2014).
The event, which is organised in residential areas nationwide, becomes the festival of solidarity, helping enhance connectivity among residential communities thus shaping well-being areas, he said.
He praised the residential areas’ efforts in implementing policies of the Party, State and the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF), expressing his hope that people in the ward and those throughout the country in general will continue to retain the solidarity and actively get involved in the country’s movements.
