"Communist Party of Vietnam - From Congress to the Congress" exhibition opens in Hanoi
To welcome the upcoming 12th National Party Congress, the exhibition themed "Communist Party of Vietnam - From Congress to the Congress" kicked off on January 15 in the Vietnam National Library in Hanoi.
The exhibition displays more than 800 books and documents featuring the foundation and development of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV).
The event introduces the public to guidelines and policies of the Party throughout its 11 national congresses, milestones and achievements gained by the country under the Party’s leadership since 1930, especially during its 30-year Doi Moi process and international integration.
A number of memoirs and documents from the lives and political careers of Party leaders, writings and interviews printed in books are included at the exhibition.
The event makes a chance for visitors to learn about the birth of the CPV and the crucial role played by President Ho Chi Minh.
The exhibition runs through February 25.
