Ticket prices for the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival 2018 will range from VND300,000 - 2 million (US$13.3 - 88.5) for each night’s performance on Han River banks between April 30 and June 30.

The host Vietnam and Poland will perform in the curtain-raiser night on April 30. France and the US will be the second performers on May 26. Defending champions Italy and Hong Kong (China) will perform on June 2, while Sweden and Portugal will light up the night of June 9. The two best teams will be selected for the final on June 30, where the winner of the festival will be chosen.
This year’s festival, entitled “The Legend of Bridges”, will include night festivals, food and music shows every night along with fireworks performances.
Da Nang International Fireworks Competition is an annual international fireworks competition hosted by Da Nang City. The first Da Nang International Fireworks Competition was held in 2008. Every year, the competition usually takes place at the end of April with the participation of 3 - 4 international competitors and the host – Da Nang City.
Each year, firework displays teams will perform in different theme for two nights. Coming Da Nang on the occasion of international fireworks competition, visitors will experience a colorful party of firework performances on Han River, Da Nang City.
The scenery is the most beautiful and majestic ever by night. Upon the celebration, there are many recreational activities such as art performance, fireworks photo exhibition and water sports. Those all will offer tourists an exciting festival and deep impression on that charming riverside city.
More than 1.3 million tourists visited Da Nang during the fireworks festival between April and June last year, bringing to the total number of holidaymakers to the central city in 2017 to 6.6 million visitors, an increase of 19% against the previous year.
