Deputy Prime Minister cum Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh received Turkey’s new ambassador to Vietnam Akif Ayhan in Hanoi on December 22.
Vietnam greatly values its cooperation with Turkey, Minh said while asking the ambassador to help promote Turkish investment projects in Vietnam in the areas of infrastructure development and transport.
