Exhibition by the 15 artists that participate in the Month of Arts Practice at Heritage Space.

UTOPIA-LAND, which is theme of ‘Month of Art Practice project – MAP 2017’, plays a role in opening a platform for artists to set up surrealist, illusive and dreamy worlds by the abilities, tools and means of art. UTOPIA-LAND exhibition presents artworks of 15 artists from Germany, France, Serbia, South Korea, India, America and Viet Nam. All works are results of 5 exchange and working weeks of MAP. Disciplines are varied from painting, sculpture, photography, videography, multimedia, conceptual and public art, installation and site-specific art.

Founded by artist Tran Trong Vu, the Month of Arts Practice (MAP) aims to create an exchange and educational platform in Contemporary Art for young emerging Vietnamese artists with establish selected international artists around the world. The project also creates opportunities of interaction and dialogue between artists and communities, in order to improve the understanding and experiments in Contemporary Arts for normal people by series of public programs. By then, it is effort to remove the gap between new arts/ artists and society.
The exhibition will be open from 29 Oct to 30 Nov at Heritage Space.
