Vietnam`s first motor race for females will take place at Binh Phuoc province stadium on January 10.
It is part of a national championships with two categories for male athletes who will compete with two-stroke and four-stroke engine motorbikes.
The women will race with 110cc vehicles.
Competitors will have two days to train before their event.
Organisers said a total of 44 racers, six female, have registered for the annual championships.

The highest-finishers will be sent to an intensive training course in Malaysia, according to the Vietnam Cycling and Motor Sport Federation.
