Vietnamese ambassador to Russia Pham Xuan Son presented the order to the academician in Moscow on April 28, marking his 80th birthday.
Titarenko has worked as Russian Academy of Sciences Director since 1985 and has actively supported Vietnamese agencies in scientific research and cooperation.
