A photo exhibition on national party congresses throughout history opened in Hai Phong on January 18.
A total of 130 photos and documents are on display, demonstrating 86 years of Party leadership and eleven national party congresses.
The event was organised by the municipal Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to welcome the 12th congress, which will convene on January 20.
The exhibition will run until January 28.
