The Flamboyant Flower Festival aims at introducing the city’s socio-economic achievements to local and foreign investors, thus helping fuel social, economic and tourism growth.
The 2019 Flamboyant Flower Festival, which is scheduled to take place from May 10 to 13, will feature 64 programs, including economic, culture, sport and tourism events, according to the Haiphong People’s Committee.
