The ten winners of the Vietnam Outstanding Youth Faces Award 2017 were announced in Hanoi on March 12 by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Centre Committee and the Vietnam Fund for Young Talents.

The organising board also announced the ten winners of the Potential Youth Face Awards 2017.
The winners will be honoured at a ceremony in Hanoi on March 26 on the occasion of the 87th founding anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.
Through its 21 editions, the annual Vietnam Outstanding Youth Faces Award has presented honours to over 210 Vietnamese youngsters. Another 210 upstanding youngsters have received the “potential youth face” title.
