Additionally, there is no strong support mechanism that is consistent and tectonic to promote the development of more products that meet the criteria of key industrial products.
One of the key tasks for the capital’s industry will be to review and strongly develop key industries and spearheading products in 2016-2020. Additionally, the capital will concentrate on quickly developing a number of branches and industrial products and encouraging the development of supporting industries for key industries.
Therefore, it is necessary to set up the project of "Developing key industrial products in Hanoi to 2020, with orientation to 2025," creating synchronicity in the direction, management, and orientation of developing Hanoi’s key industrial products.
The project’s objective is to identify the viewpoints, tasks, and solutions for the development of key industrial products in Hanoi to 2020, with a vision towards 2025.
This will help accelerate the capital’s economic development in a sustainable direction, enhance investment attraction, and raise the competitiveness of key industrial products. In addition, the project will promote co-operation on the production of key industrial products in Hanoi, the northern region, and the whole country. It will also build up Hanoi’s portfolio of trademark industrial products greatly influencing the business community.
