The Hanoi People’s Committee has recently granted Official Letter No.1827/UBND-KT on asking departments, sectors and agencies, People’s Committees of districts, towns to immediately applying information technology (IT) in state agencies in the Capital city in 2018.

Basing on the Guidance of the Department of Information and Communications at Official Letter No.420/STTTT-CNTT dated February 13, 2018 and the Department of Finance at Official Letter No.995/STC-TCHCSN dated February 6, 2018, departments, sectors, agencies and People’s Committees of districts, towns quickly perfect cost estimating procedures as stipulated by law and send to the Department of Information and Communications before May 5, 2018.
The Department of Information and Communication will take prime responsibility and coordinate with the Department of Finance to urge units to implement the above contents and give a report to the Municipal People’s Committee for its consideration and directions as regulated.
