They will also create the conditions to bring visitors from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi and vice-versa.
The Mayor stressed that "Hanoi Days in Ho Chi Minh City" will be held in an innovative and creative way to give the people of HCMC a good impression of the capital's unique beauty, cultural heritage and achievements.
The program's opening ceremony is slated to take place between August 23 and 25 at the Nguyen Hue walking street in HCMC's District 1.
There will be an exhibition of documents related to the 70th anniversary of the liberation of the capital and an artistic performance of "youth melodies" from the two cities.
