Currently, the Traffic Police Department has established 24 working groups to strengthen inspection and handle motorbike drivers without wearing helmets.
Senior Lieutenant Colonel Duong Duc Hai, head of the Traffic Police Department, Hanoi Police said that in addition to strengthening the handling of violations, the Police Department requested units to tighten discipline, uphold the sense of working and ensure prevention work.
Colonel Nguyen Van Vien, deputy director of the Hanoi Police Department, asked the Traffic Police Department to coordinate closely with functional units to arrange traffic distribution and regulation plans.
