An exhibition entitled ‘Gốm Việt đương đại’ (Vietnam’s contemporary ceramics) will take place at Heritage Space, Dolphin Plaza in Hanoi on January 24, with the aim of honouring traditional ceramic craft villages in the northern region.
The event will attract the participation of many famous artisans, such as Tran Quang Hai, Nguyen Hong Quang, Lan Huong, Vu Thang, Vuong Quan, Nguyen Van Thang, and Bui Hoai Mai and others.
The organizing board hopes the exhibition will introduce Vietnamese ceramics to local and international visitors and create a chance for ceramic artists to share information and experience.
It’s worth noting that Artu’s Boutique, which is specialized in supplying premium handicraft ceramics, will also take part in the exhibition. Artu’s Boutique will present its environmentally-friendly products with contemporary style created by French painter Francois Jalov and Vietnamese designer Bui Hoai Mai.
Products of Artu’s Boutique meet four criteria: Artistic, Unique, Handmade, and Green with all materials taken from nature without any chemicals.
