Two first prize awards worth VND100 million (US$4,500) each, went to the medicine category for the projects “Transplant of liver and kidney from brain dead donor” by the
Professors Tran Duc Hiep and Nguyen Van Do of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology shared the first prize of VND100 million for the project titled “Nuclear structure and reactions research” in the natural science category.
The second prize worth VND50 million in the IT category went to the project titled “Tourism knowledge and Information Services applied to I-Companion Semantic Technology” by the Semantic Innovation Group at the Hanoi Polytechnic.
